Charlene (Bradley) Moore, 84 of Grove City died October 16, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital as a result of complications from cancer. Mrs. Moore was born on August 13, 1932 in Maytown, KY to Dora May and Taylor Bradley. She was married November 26, 1948 to Talmadge Neilas Moore in Columbus, OH. They raised four children (three sons and one daughter) in the Grove City area. Charlene was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She went on to successfully work in a nursing home, a mental health institution, a minimum security corrections facility and in retail. Gardening, the raising of Pomeranians, and the devoted attention to her four children, seven grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren gave her enormous joy throughout her life. In earlier times, it was not uncommon for her to be “caught” playing hide and seek with all of her grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband of nearly 50 years, her daughter Darlene Lewis, a brother Rabon Bradley, a sister Noma Jean Warren and one grandchild, Brian Moore. She is survived by sons Talmadge Neilas “Neil” Moore and wife Margene, Larry Gordon Moore and wife Jennifer, and Barry Arlin Moore and wife Paula; son-in-law Michael Lewis; grandchildren Michael Lewis and wife Lisa, Cheryl (Lewis) Owen and husband Larry, Jimmy Moore, Joey Moore, Zachary Moore and wife Lindsey and Graham Moore and wife Kayla; twelve great-grandchildren; brothers Thomas B. Bradley, Edgal Bradley, Alton Bradley; sisters Ethel May (Bradley) Sloan and Carolyn (Bradley) McDaniels. Charlene lived a purposeful and loving life and she will be greatly missed. Charlene’s funeral service will be held 11 AM Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the Schoedinger Grove City Chapel 3920 Broadway where friends may call one hour prior to the service.
