Audra M. Heine

Audrey "Audra" Mae Heine, 87, passed away peacefully on October 24, 2020 at Three Creeks Senior Living in Columbus, Ohio. Audra was born September 20, 1933 in Hamilton, Ohio to the late Cora (Britton) and James G. Maupin. She had an older brother, Edward Britton and a younger brother, James Maupin. Audra graduated from Hamilton High School and worked as an administrative assistant with General Electronic followed by a career in the healthcare industry where she was primarily responsible for staffing. Audra married Dale Heine April 21, 1967 in Moraine City (Dayton) Ohio. She was extremely proud of the home she had built with her husband in North Ft. Myers, FL and was known to carry photos of her home everywhere she went. The home was well maintained and looked brand new 23 years later! Audrey loved playing poker and bingo and enjoyed short trips to Las Vegas and Biloxi, MS to play slots. She was a good cook whose recipes are still being used and enjoyed by her family. Audra is survived by her stepson, Chris Heine, his wife Julia (grandchildren Natalie Chilicki, Patrick Heine, Rachel Heine and Alex Heine and 4 great-grandchildren); stepdaughter, Kelly Bliss, her husband Jeff Cazzell, (grandchildren Danielle Bliss and Logan Bliss). Private cremation has been entrusted to Schoedinger Funeral Service in Gahanna, OH. She will be inurned alongside her husband at Ft. Myers Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Wesley Hospice (www.wesleyhospice.com) in Audra's memory.
