Ann Elizabeth Ochs, born October 5, 1962 and passed away September 30, 2014 at Kobacker House. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald A. Ochs and step-father, Donald R. Smith. Ann is survived by her mother, Alicia OchsÂSmith and brother, Mark A. (Annette) Ochs; nieces, Nikki (Josh) Trelease and Lauren (Spencer) Wilson, and great niece, Lexi Wilson and great nephew, Brayden Trelease; Aunt, Karen Forgrave and uncle, Marius (Shirley) Christensen. Family will receive friends at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL 1740 Zollinger Rd. Thursday October 2, 2014, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8p.m. Because of her love of animals, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cat Welfare or the Columbus Zoo. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
