Richard L. Rudder, age 77, of Columbus, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. Richard was born in Louisville, Kentucky to Ellen Marie (Pennington) Rudder and Charles Victor Rudder. Richard is survived by his son Chris Rudder of Columbus, Indiana. Richard was preceded in death by his son Nic Rudder; his father Charles Victor Rudder and his mother Ellen Marie (Pennington) Rudder; his sister Lynda Rudder and his sister Sherry Rudder.
