Victoria Ann Estcourt Lamb, known to those who love her as Vicky, died Tuesday, February 28, 2023, surrounded by family. Vicky was born in Walthamstow, England to a loving family who helped her develop an extraordinary sense of self and a strong work ethic. Vicky moved to the United States to work for TSYS (Global Payments) where she became Vice President, Client Consulting.
Soon after arriving Vicky met the love of her life, Jim Lamb. They married in 2007 and she was quickly adopted by American friends and family. Although her career brought her across the pond, love and friendship led her to call the States her home. Vicky became a US citizen in 2018, with love for both the US and England.
Vicky was tiny and fiercely loyal. She adored her family, friends, and animals, especially her multitude of rescued dogs, cats, and horses. She also loved her job, the mountains, Disney, Auburn University, Atlanta United, and sunflowers.
She was always up for an adventure and loved traveling with Jim. Together, they built a beautiful life and generously invited others to join them along the way. Vicky drew so many to her kindness, warmth, infectious smile, and the most genuine spirit. She made any room brighter just by entering. She was beautiful. She was love and light. She was kindness personified and she will be missed by so many.
Survivors include her adoring husband, Jim Lamb; her loving parents, Diane and John Estcourt; her loving brothers, Tony (Su) and Richard “Richey” Estcourt; her loving sister-in-law, Jackie Lamb (Chris) Willey; her loving nieces, Mae, Daisy and Ruby Estcourt; and her countless friends who love her dearly. She was preceded in death by Vicky’s Nan, Floss Coote, and granddad, Alex Coote, and her mother-in-law, Ann Lamb.
