Tudy Wilson

A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held on Friday, July 19, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Parkhill Cemetery, 4161 Macon Road, Columbus, Georgia 31907 with Dr. Kevin Calhoun officiating according to Striffler Hamby Mortuary. The family will receive friends at 10:00 AM prior to the Celebration of Life.

Tudy was born in Selma, Alabama to the late Charlie P. and Lurie L. Dickinson. She graduated from Jordan High School in 1945 where she met the love of her life, Prue Wilson. They were married in 1947 and had 74 wonderful years before his death in 2022.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Tudy is also preceded in death by her daughter, Cathy Wilson and brother, Charles “Sonny” Dickinson.

Survivors include, one daughter, Cynthia Boylan (David); three sons, Rocky Wilson (Ann), Chuck Wilson (Pam), and Andrew Wilson (Linda); three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Myra Dickinson; three nieces; and four nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Columbus Hospice or your favorite charity.
