A Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, December 28, 2024, at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4161 Macon Road, Columbus, Georgia with a visitation one hour prior at the funeral home.
SueAnn was born on March 19, 1965 on the Fort Benning military base in Fort Benning, Georgia to Edward and Lilia Brookins . After SueAnn became a mother she spent all of her time caring for her children and making sure they always had fun in whatever they were doing, such as baseball. She was loving selfless mother, who had a great sense of humor and could always make a bad situation turn into something everyone could find humor in. SueAnn will be missed dearly.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward Brookins and Lilia Brookins.
Survivors include her children, Zachary Logan Edwards and Ian Lawrence Edwards, sisters, Patricia Brookins and Myriam Donsby, brother, Edward Brookins, Jr.
