Schley Ellis Wright, age 73, of Box Springs, Georgia passed away on Monday January 13, 2020.

Ellis was born May 12, 1946 in Columbus, Georgia to the late Effie Lawson Wright and A. C. Wright. He was one of fourteen children. Ellis was married to Wanda Hardwick Wright for 55 years, together they lived in Marion County, Georgia. Ellis was a contractor by trade, working for himself. He was Baptist by faith. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren.

Schley is survived by his wife, Wanda H. Wright; daughter, Dana Smith; and son, Nathan Wright; brother, Ted Wright, brother, Eursken Wright; and sister; Shirley Wright. He also leaves seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and many other extended family members to cherish his loving memory.

A memorial service for Schley will be held Friday, January 17, 2020 at 5:30 PM at Nathan's home, 13920 Heritage Drive, Upatoi, GA.
