Michael, our beloved son and brother, passed away on March 4, 2023.
Michael was a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He graduated from Parkview Baptist School before going on to college at Henderson State University in Arkansas. Michael later moved to Columbus GA. He loved the outdoors and was an avid sportsman, who loved to hunt and fish. Most dear to his heart was his hometown team, the LSU Tigers.
Michael is survived by one son, Mason Allen Myers, his mother and stepfather, Johnnie and D.J. Ponville, father and stepmother, Mike and Tammy Myers and former stepfather, Warren Capone. He is also survived by one sister, Olivia Capone, three brothers, Ross Capone, Steven Myers, Hudson Myers and the mother of his son, Emily Sheldon.
The family wishes to extend their deepest appreciation for the excellent care provided by the ICU at the Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital (Mid-Town Campus)
