She is predeceased by her parents, James Charles and Lois Carey.
Over the years she worked at the Columbus Grill & Café on Broadway in Downtown Columbus.
She was creative with flower arrangements, ceramics, and painting, but loved finding ways to help others. Her Chihuahua Mickey brought her such joy and she was a lifetime animal lover.
She was a member of Faith Nation Pentecostal Church and was always ready to share her deep faith in Jesus Christ.
Linda is survived by her beloved husband, George Michael Bowen, and her brothers, James Carey (Vanessa) and Charles Carey (Liz), and sister, Marie Bickford, and their families.
