Lawrence Richard Kirven Jr. “Rickey”, 75, of Columbus, Georgia passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2025. A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held on Friday, April 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Parkhill Cemetery, 4161 Macon Road, Columbus, Georgia 31907.
Rickey was born on January 15, 1950, to Betty and Lawrence Sr. in Columbus, Georgia and has been a lifelong resident since. He was the owner of Martin and Kirven Service Company for 45 years, servicing in HVAC. He enjoyed wildlife and the outdoors but most importantly, his family.
He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann Kirven; his children, Lawrence Richie Kirven III and Jonathan Mark Kirven; three grandkids, Dallas Kirven, Blake Gunn, and Haley Gunn; and his sister, Patsy Kirven Arwood. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence Kirven Sr. and Betty Jean Kirven.
