Jimmy was “one of a kind”! He was always ready and willing to do whatever was needed to get the job done and do it right. He greeted everyone with a smile and a kind word. He will be greatly missed. May God give you comfort and peace during this difficult time.

Jimmy always smiled and always helped his coworkers at the Columbus Health Department and his family and friends if he could.

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Jimmy at Cols Health Dept.  Hands down, he was one of the nicest people I have worked with!  He was always ready and willing to do whatever was necessary to get the job done.  He will be missed by so many.  May the Lori comfort you and keep you during this season of sorrow.

When I found out about your passing, the first thing that came to my mind was your smile. There was never a time in passing that I didn't see you smiling. Our favorite phrase was, "Is it Friday yet!" LOL! I know the heartache of losing a father and my heart goes out to your family. My prayer is that God grants them the peace that is necessary to continue each day. Some will be harder than most but remember Mr. Jimmy's smile!

Jimmy was one of the kindest, funniest people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He knew how to take a joke and he definitely knew how to make one. My sincerest condolences to all of you - his family and friends - for this loss. I will always remember him with fondness, even though I was simply a coworker who smiled, waved and shared a few words with him every day. His smile was infectious and seeing him always made coming into work just a little bit easier, a little bit brighter.  May God comfort you all during this enormous loss in your life.

I knew Jimmy through working with him doing mosquito surveillance.  He was always helpful and supportive and just fun to be around.  He will be missed.

Jimmy will always come to the office and I will ask do you want some candy? He will always say (fat boy always wants candy)
