Dora F. Montgomery

A graveside service will be held at 2:00PM Tuesday, May 16, 2023 in Parkhill Cemetery.

Mrs. Montgomery was born October 21, 1932 in Columbus, GA, daughter of the late Oscar and Lillie Kate Parker Roy. She worked for Swift Textiles, and retired after 44 years of service. Mrs. Montgomery loved spending time in her yard tending to her flowers. She also loved sharing time with her family. Mrs. Montgomery was a member of Evangel Church.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Montgomery was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Thaddious Montgomery, Sr.

Survivors include her son, Thomas Montgomery, Jr., and his wife, Patti; two grandchildren, Ashley Montgomery Simpson (Jarrod), and Kathryn Montgomery Crase; three great grandchildren.
