Donnie C. Cornett

Donnie Carlton Cornett of Columbus, GA, passed away on Friday March 1, 2024, at the age of 77. He was born October 1, 1946, to the late Troy, Sr. and Letha Cornett. He is preceded in death by his brothers Troy, Jr. (Janice) and Ralph (Barbara) Cornett.

Donnie is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Beverly Ann Cornett, his children: Steven (Nicole) Cornett, Karen (Billy) Lillis and Timothy (Katie) Cornett and his grandchildren: Hailey, Abigail, Braydon and Tyler Cornett; Baylin and Will Lillis; Lynden, Hope and Mable Cornett and his brother Phillip.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 9th beginning at 1:00 pm with a celebration of life service to follow beginning at 2:00 pm at Striffler-Hamby Funeral Home in Columbus, GA with internment immediately following at Parkhill Cemetery.
