Dianne C. Wright, 78, of Columbus, Georgia died on December 19, 2022. She was born in Columbus, Georgia to the late Ressie Miles Chandler and Herman Houston Chandler.
She was a Jordan Vocational High School graduate. Dianne worked at ATW, Inc. as their Secretary and Treasurer. After retirement, Dianne loved to travel, spend time with friends and listen to anything Elvis Presley. She was known to be his number one fan. Dianne was Christian by faith and attended All Saints Presbyterian Church in Columbus. She had a loving, gentle soul and will be dearly missed.
She leaves her loving memory to be cherished by her daughter Patti Roper and Anne Land and by her dearest friend and companion whom she considered her husband, Lee Batastini.
A service to celebrate Dianne’s Life will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 3:00 PM in the Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Columbus, Georgia. Family will visit with friends from 2:00 PM until time of the service at 3:00 PM in Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary.
