Deborah "Debbie" Reed, age 71, of Columbus, Georgia passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2023. A visitation for the family and friends of Deborah will be held Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Rd, Columbus, Georgia, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM with Dr. Kevin Calhoun officiating.
Debbie was a faithful member of Wynnbrook Baptist Church and an active member of the LIGHT Sunday school class. She enjoyed going on outings with her friends and family. She loved oldies music, dancing and going to the beach. Most of all she loved her family, especially her grandchildren.
Debbie is preceded in death by: her husband, Michael Lee Reed, Sr.; and her parents, Harvey C. Lamb and Stepmother, Sonia Lamb.
Survivors include: her sons, Michael Reed Jr. and his wife, Jennifer of Ellerslie, GA, Steve Reed and his wife Krissy of Jefferson, GA, four grandchildren, Hannah Reed, Katie Reed, Rachel Reed, Ryan Reed, brother, Rusty (Katrina) Lamb and sister, Karen (Jody) Stephens.
