Barbara Ann Reese

Barbara Ann Jordan Reese, age 93, of Melbourne, Florida passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2023. She was born in Columbus, Georgia to the late Sarah Ella Phelts Jordan and George Jamerson Jordan. Barbara was married to the late Robert Lincoln Reese.

Barbara's loving memory will be cherished by her sons: Robert Stephen "Steve" Reese (Carol), Donald "Don" Reese (Mary Kate), and Paul Reese (Leslie); her grandchildren: Billy Reese (Michelle), Randy Reese, Debbie Hill, Cassie Reese, Chase Reese, Joshua Reese, Brandon Reese, Alivia Reese, Debbie Hill, Hannah Bronson, and Jaden Bronson; her great grandchild, Courtney Tucker; her sisters: Cheryl Jordan Flowers, Patricia Jordan Cloud, and Regina Jordan Keller; her brother, Jack Jordan; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also preceded in death by other than her parents, Mrs. and Mr. Jordan, and her husband Robert, her siblings: Richard Jordan, Jeff Jordan, Sarah Jordan Worthington, Judy Jordan Gambill, Sheila Jordan Rodgers, Phillip Jordan, and Mike Jordan.

A visitation for family and friends for Barbara will be held Monday, December 11, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Rd, Columbus, Georgia 31907, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Burial will be in Parkhill Cemetery.
