A native of San German, Puerto Rico, Thelma is predeceased by her loving husband of 65 years, Bernardo Rivera Suarez.
Thelma Rodriguez Toro will forever be remembered by her children, Sylvia Gonzalez, Jaime Rivera, and Ivan Rivera. Thelma will also be fondly remembered by her two grandchildren, Willis Gonzalez and Sharymar Huntley, and by her three great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Julian, and Camille. She is also survived by six loving siblings, Andrea Rodriguez, Jose A. Rodriguez, José N. Rodriguez, Aida Rodriguez, Marie Rodriguez, and Alberto Rodriguez.
Services will be held on Friday, January 17, 2020 at 10:00 am at The Fort Jackson National Cemetery, located in Columbia, S.C., where she will be laid to rest for eternity next to her loving husband, Bernardo Rivera Suarez.
The family wishes to acknowledge with deep appreciation the many expressions of love, sympathy, and kindness shown to them during this time of bereavement.
