Betty,
Toni and I just found out that Bob has gone home. We will miss him greatly on Sunday mornings. His smile and warm greeting at church was a rich treat for us. May you feel the Lord's powerful peace and joy as He comforts you.

What a moving write-up of a Godly man.  The inscription of the rings first caught my attention.  To have such a clear mutual commitment is rather uncommon these days … even if it was 59 years ago.  What a testimony!  Without a doubt, Rev. Yount heard Jesus say, “Well done my good and faithful servant.”  It is also rather clear from the write-up that he knew what Matthew 25: 40 meant as well.  And, just by looking at his picture I feel that he loved serving others.  My prayers go out to all of the family.

Bobbie and I send our condolences.  Working with Bob at CIU was a joy; his love for Jesus and his desire to be a blessing always came through.  Praying God's grace for the family.

So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He was so vibrant seeing him at Maxine's funeral. All of the cousins will miss him and his ready smile and unconditional love for us. May he rest in peace with the angels and saints of light.

My sincere wishes go out to the family for the peace that passes all understanding. Though I have not seen Bob for years, he and I were good friends in Young Life.  It is a comfort to know that we will see him again!

Dearest Betty and family,
Bob was a true gem. His sincere interest in those around him spoke of his deep love for Jesus, and its natural outpouring for others. With humor, charisma, and warmth, he embraced life fully. Bob touched our family by welcoming us into a new church, a new denomination, and making us feel as if we had always been part of your family. Bob's mind remained sharp; what fun we shared over dinner and pizza. We will miss his keen gift for storytelling and his hearty hugs on Sunday mornings.

Bob was the "Gentleman's " GENTLEMAN who lived his life in his Christian faith. It was aN honer and pleasure to have been associated with him in those working career years. God's peace and comfort to Betty and family.

It was an extreme pleasure to work with and know Bob during our years at E.R. Squibb & Sons. He was a caring and personable individual and will sorely missed.

Bob & Betty were great inspirations to me. Bob was a great role model for me; something I especially appreciated. Their inclusion of me into their family while I worked for Bob taught me what a family should be like. I think of him often and will miss him.

Bob was a terrific mentor, leader, and friend! He led by example and will be missed by all. He is with the Risen Lord! Our prayers are with the family.

Betty, and all the family, I am saddened by the news of Bob's departure, but rejoice that he has arrived in the presence of the Lord Jesus.  I send you my love and prayers for God's comfort at this time.
