James H Pearson Jr.

Mr. Pearson died Thursday, March 25, 2021. Born in Bamberg, Germany, he was a son of the late James H. Pearson Sr. and Ursula Johanna Albrecht Pearson. After graduating from Dreher High School in 1972, he worked as a draftsman and became a graphic designer with SCANA where he worked for over 40 years.

Mr. Pearson is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Carol Griffin Pearson. He was a devoted friend and father to his son, Christopher Sean Pearson and his daughter, Courtney Nicole Pearson. Sean and his wife, Adrienne Wise Pearson, blessed him with two grandsons, James H. Pearson III and William Davis Pearson. He is also survived by his brother, Pete C. Pearson and beloved in-laws, William and Mary Alice Griffin.

He was a man of great wisdom, kindness and peace. May his legacy and love for life live on in all those he loved so dearly.
