A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from Noon until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday December 18, 2021 at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel. A private graveside service will be held in Elmwood Cemetery.
Bonnie was born and raised in Columbia and was a 1962 graduate of Columbia High School and a 1966 graduate of The University of South Carolina. She retired after a long career of teaching at Lower Richland High School. Bonnie loved to dance and was a member of the S.C. Shag Dancing Hall of Fame. She was also an avid Gamecock fan and longtime season ticket holder.
She was predeceased by her husband, Frank Krystofer, Jr.; her longtime partner, Charles Legree Dyson, Jr.; and her son, Kevin Ryan Krystofer. She is survived by her son, Keith Krystofer; a daughter, Bre-Ann Krystofer; a sister, Carol Watts; partner, John Greenwood; three grandchildren, Kaleb Krystofer, Ashley Krystofer, Boone Pinkstaff; and her great-granddaughter, Violet Krystofer.
We are sure that she is up in heaven dancing away.
