Terri Ballenger Belcher, 54, of Columbia, passed away Monday, August 23, 2021 at Boone Health. Services will be Wednesday, September 1, 2021 with visitation 9:30 am – 11:00 am followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am, both at Memorial Funeral Home. The public is highly encouraged to wear a mask. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Terri was born to Joe and Betty (Koch) Ballenger on September 14, 1966 in Columbia. She graduated from Hickman High School, class of 1984. On February 14, 1987 she was united in marriage to Kevin Belcher who survives. She had a long career at State Farm before joining the family business. She was the rock of the family. Terri loved her family, her friends, her pets, and especially her nieces and nephews.
Terri is survived by her parents; her husband; two brothers, Gary (Lisa) Ballenger and Jason (Angie) Ballenger; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and one aunt, Barbara Koch.
In lieu flowers, donations in Terri’s memory may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
