Linda Allison, 80, of Columbia, MO passed away peacefully on January 3, 2023 in Columbia. As per her wishes, a private graveside service will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery in Columbia with Pastor Tracy Cook presiding.
Linda was born August 13, 1942 in Boone County, MO to Lois Crane Samuel; the only daughter of their 4 children. She worked nearly 40 years with State Farm Insurance, retiring as an underwriter. She enjoyed attending services at Columbia First Assembly, and was proud to be baptized late in her life.
She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Rae (Steven) Bryant Traylor of Parkville, MO; brothers, Tommy (Kathy) Samuel, Jerry (Carolyn) Samuels, Larry (Elaine) Samuel all of Columbia; several nieces and nephews and her cat, Bootsie. She was preceded in death by her parents; aunt, Evelyn Crane Jones (Aunt Fit); uncle, Pate Crane; niece, Cindy Samuels; nephew, Matthew Samuel; and her two dogs, Pepper & Brandi.
