Lena Pearl Grant, 84, of Columbia, passed away April 8, 2022.
She was born to Ed and Doris (Acton) Davis in Boone County, Missouri on November 5, 1937. She was a 1956 graduate of Hickman High School. She married John Grant on December 22, 1955. He preceded her in death on May 21, 2011.
Lena worked as a bank teller for many years in Columbia and Ashland. In later years, she and John owned Grant’s Antiques in Millersburg.
She is survived by her children, Cindy (Charlie) Booker of Florida and Richard Grant of Ashland; as well as her granddaughters, Rachel Grant of Columbia and Shannon Booker of Florida.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Memorial Funeral Home, 1217 Business Loop 70 West in Columbia. A funeral service will be held immediately afterwards in the Memorial Funeral Home chapel, followed by a graveside committal at Memorial Park Cemetery.
