Steven Raney was born in Corona Calif.in 1948. He lived there until he graduated in 1966. He was drafted in to the Marines and served his time in Viet Nam for 2 years, he was proud to be a Marine. He later moved to North Carolina and worked in construction and worked as a carpenter and a superintendent. He was well respected for his work because he was a perfectionist in his field. The last 10 years of his life he was disabled, retired but did volunteer work for the Veteran's Hospital for 2 years. He had married and had 3 children. He was a good man and well like by others for his kindness and sense of humor.
Steven is survived by his daughters Gina Green and Patricia Raney, his son Cody Raney and his best friend and sister. He is deep in our hearts and we will miss him.
