Joyce is survived by her husband, Donald Williams; her son Stephen Bedford; her daughter Angela Bedford; her daughter Tangela Brown; her daughter Felicia Bedford; and her son Christopher Clay.

A committal service for Joyce will be held Friday, November 4, 2022 from 9:15 AM to 10:00 AM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA 92518.
