Dear Don Gabriel.                               You were so inspiring, not only in your words but with your actions. I will always look up to you and aspiry to become half the man you were. I want to thank you for everything you'v done for me and for every opportunity you had given me. You were always there with support through anything going on. I will always remember your words of wisdom. You will always be missed and loved. RIP. PEACE AND LOVE. AMEN.

My condolences to all members of the Vasquez family. It is undeniably a great loss for all of us. Although Gabriel Vasquez was not related to us, I considered him an uncle as he was present in almost all special occasions and shared good times with my family and I. He was a wonderful, strong, caring man and will be greatly missed. May we all find comfort in knowing he is free of pain and resting in peace. May we all cherish the moments spent with him and have them imprinted in our hearts and minds. And lastly, may we know that our lives have been enriched by simply knowing him and having shared conversations in which his words served as guidance and advice for our own lives. Ana, Iliana, and Gabriel we are all with you. If there's anything I can do for you, dont hesitate to ask. I know I cant take away the pain of your loss, I would if I could, but if I can do anything else let me know. I will continue to pray for all of you, love you guys. Stay strong. Xoxo

As much as I think I know how it must feel losing a husband or a father I don't and therefore I can't say I know what you're going through but what I do know is that Gabriel Vasquez was a great man. He was a great uncle because that's what I always saw him as an uncle to us. He was there for us in every birthday party, every celebration, and every get together. He always had either that huge smile on his face or that stern serious look lol. I will always remember him and all the advice he would give us always telling us to study so that we could have better jobs in the future. As serious as he could be though he was also hilarious. Always cracking jokes with my dad. I will never forget his 50th bday in San Pedro when he along with everyone told me to go up there and dance in front of the crowd, all for an oversized calculator hahaa...like I said I don't know what you guys are going through but I can only imagine and I can tell you that I'm here for you guys. It doesn't matter what if you guys ever need anything even someone to just talk to I'm here. I love you guys

He was always kind and very nice. He will truly be missed! But he's in paradise now, with no suffering or worries. May God give you all strength, peace and resignation in due time.
