Frank Anthony Rubino Jr.

Frank attended San Bernardino High school where he played water polo and made wonderful friends and memories that lasted him a lifetime. Frank graduated high school class of 1975 and he went on to attend California State University in Fullerton. In 1979, Frank graduated university and began his Doctor of Optometry studies at the Southern California School of Optometry. In 1983 Frank graduated with a Doctorate in Optometry and began his professional career as an optometrist.

Frank had his first child, Rosemary Rubino, in the year 2000 at age 43. He then welcomed his second child, Melissa Rubino, the following year in 2001. In 2003, Frank welcomed his youngest child, Frank Anthony Rubino III.

Frank was a strong and loving father. He raised all three of his children on his own. He showered his kids in encouragement and support and was always there for every milestone in their lives.

On January 11, 2022 Frank passed away peacefully in his sleep at the age of 65.
