Vidal was born on October 29, 1999, in Las Vegas, New Mexico, to Joseph and Geraldine Vigil. He attended Mora High School and later obtained his OSHA certification and a certificate in multiple trades.
One of his greatest achievements was his daughter Venezmae whom he loved spending time with. He loved her more than life and did everything for her. She called him her "papa".
Vidal enjoyed hanging out with one of his favorite uncles, Ramon Herrera. He found a love of working on electricity and construction and different tasks outdoors. Amongst those things he enjoyed were coloring, listening to music, and weight lifting. Most of all, he had a great love for cooking.
Vidal is preceded in death by his father Joseph Vigil and grandfathers Manuel Vigil and Eddie Gutierrez.
He is survived by his mother Geraldine (fiance Ibrahim Amadid), daughter Venezmae Vigil, brothers Alejandro and Vicente Vigil, and sister Melinda Vigil. He also leaves behind his grandmother Connie Baca (Lawrence), grandmother Ruth Vigil, Godmother Lucy Gonzales(Henry), Godfather Angelo Valdez, Aunt Karen Herrera (Cameron), Aunt Edwina Gutierrez (Billy), close great Aunt Christine Vargas, Aunt Gerardine Bartel (Joel), uncles Manuel, John Paul, and Anthony Vigil. As well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Alejandro Vigil, Vicente Vigil, Henry Gonzales, Billy Garcia, Joseph Valdez Sr., and Cameron Baucom. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Valdez, Joseph Valdez Jr., Arianna Garcia, Julian Garcia, Torie Valdez, and Miguelito Valdez.
