Rick was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying yearly hunting and fishing with family and friends. He enjoyed the rugged landscape of Alaska, the beaches of Hawaii, cross country road trips and wanted to be near an ocean as often as he could.
He enjoyed scuba diving when he was able and found joy in the hobby while stationed on remote islands for the Air Force.
Rick enjoyed beers, hunting stories with his buddies and the occasional poker night. He often went on camping trips and ATV excursions with his wife and daughter, along with her children.
Rick was a loving, devoted husband, a wonderful father and an excellent grandfather. He was hard working, jovial and a giving individual who was always willing to lend a helping hand to neighbors and friends when they needed him. His good nature and snarky commentary will always be remembered by his family and friends."
