Patrick was born October 23, 1950, to Melecio and Rosie (Blea) Padilla in Brush, CO who preceded him in death as well as sister, Rosella Padilla. Patrick graduated from Palmer High School. He retired from Albertsons after 45 year of service.
Patrick served many different roles, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, friend, softball coach, bowling coach and all-around jokester. He loved spending time at his home away from home, Peak Bowl. You could find him there almost any day of the week fine tune his skills or bowling one of his several leagues. Patrick loved the Denver Broncos and New York Yankees. He loved westerns and music. You could always count on Patrick to be a singing a song. He loved cruising in his Javelin listening to Freddy Fender on his eight tracks. But most of all, he loved his girls and family.
Patrick is survived by his wife, Stephanie Padilla, former wife, Linda Padilla, daughters Laurie Padilla, Jennifer (Joey) Quintana and Jessica Padilla, sister, Diane (Dennis) Becker, granddaughters Nicole Valdez, Karly Jervay and Grace Quintana, aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A rosary be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at 9:30 am and service to follow at 10:00 am in St. Mary’s Cathedral. Reception will follow service at Peak Bowl. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Colorado Springs, CO at a later date.
