James F King was born March 30, 1930 in Ava, Missouri. He served proudly in the US Army for 20 years, serving in Korea and Vietnam. James passed Thursday, January 21st. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. James is preceded by his loving wife, Fumi King. He is survived by his loving son, James King, loving daughter, Debby (Andrew) Holtmann, grandchildren Erin (Taka Otani) King, Benjamin King, Angela (Ray) Holtmann-Rangel, Nicole Holtmann, and great grandson Noah Wilkes. James was well loved and will be missed dearly. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 11:00 am at Memorial Gardens, 3825 Airport Rd., Colorado Springs.
