Gregory Allen Bush was born December 23, 1952 in Portland, Oregon. He died on October 11, 2022, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Greg worked as a facilities manager and building engineer. Greg and Connie moved to Colorado Springs in 2016 from Tracy, California. Greg designed and built two data centers in Colorado Springs for SAP.
Greg and Connie were married in Las Vegas on October 28, 2000. Greg’s greatest enjoyment is working daily in his home gardens and meeting his neighbors while in his gardens.
Greg served on the HOA Board in Erindale Park and was a board member of the Sutter Tracy Hospital Volunteer Association. He won the Poseidon Award for outstanding leadership for water use reduction. He served on the Energy Commission in California and the Health and Fitness Committee in Tracy, CA. Greg was also an electrician and belonged to the organization, B.O.M.A. Greg was called on to make speeches on conservation and electrical usage.
Both Connie and Greg worked for 9 years on Sutter Tracy Hospital’s Festival of Tree’s. They also held meetings to raise capital in purchasing a much needed newborn monitor.
Greg was also a proficient cheese maker, creating new and unusual cheeses.
