Cynthia Davis, 83, passed away peacefully on September 12 at 11:10 pm. Born in Concord, New Hampshire on January 16, 1941. Cynthia moved with her three children to Colorado Springs, Colorado in June of 1975 where she lived in the same home for almost 50 years. Cynthia was the youngest out of three siblings. Her family owned a cottage on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire where Cynthia loved to water ski and swim.
Cynthia graduated from Concord High School in 1958. She began her family at 18 and had three beautiful children. She led her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop in 1986. Cynthia had a strong relationship with God and did volunteer work to give back to her community.
Cynthia met her soulmate, Robert (Bob) Lee Davis, in Concord, New Hampshire. She would say that they were made for each other.
Cynthia had many talents, including wreath making. Her trademark for her wreaths were always making sure each wreath had a beautiful angel in it. She was devoted to her family, her crafts, and her work. Cynthia began working as a Certified Nurses Aid in her 40s. She began doing so to give back to her community and to help the elderly, which was one of her passions.
Predeceased by her late husband, Robert Davis (2000). She is survived by her children (by age) Bruce, Ellen, Edward, and Hope, 7 grandchildren (by age) Alanna, Zachary, Kylee, McKenzie, Ezra, Isaiah, and Dominic, and 4 great-grandchildren. Although not physically present, Cynthia will continue to live on through us through the memories, stories, and good example she set for us all.
