Scott and I are in town for the night and decided to check in on our old friends the Beiers.  We were so sad to hear the Cheryl just recently passed.
We love Cheryl and have many wonderful memories.  She made my daughters blessing dress.  She said she could teach any one to sew and took me on as a student - she finally admitted that not everyone is meant to be a seamstress!!
She  is fabulous and patient and missed 

I was blessed to meet Cheryl over 30 years ago when she was serving as President of Relief Society.  She was gracious and loving, intelligent and spiritual.  Her advice and comments were helpful and insightful.  When we saw  each other in the years since,  we enjoyed catching up.  Such a fun and good person; we know her family and we friends will greatly miss her.   


I met Cheryl years ago when our boys ran cross country for Pine Creek HS I will forever remember  Cheryl”s smile !  Everyone would naturally  smile right back!    I am a better person knowing her. I know she is with Heavenly Father and though the world is less without her , Heaven is  a far better place!

I worked with Cheryl for over 20 years at El Paso County.    Cheryl was a strong, kind, intelligent woman whom I admired.  My heart goes out to her family, during this difficult time.

It's hard to pick just one memory when there are so many that I cherish. Most of my memories involved us cooking or baking together. One specifically was when we were preparing goodies for my baby shower. We laughed and played just having the best time together. She did the best she could to make sure the little time she was able to spend with me was special. I love her and with definitely miss her to bits.

Cheryl had a huge impact on the PMI PPRC chapter.  She was a very active and visible volunteer leader.  Her contributions as VP of Education directly benefited our chapter's 800 members.  Many of us personally received their PMP plaque from her.  She is definitely going to be missed.  

What I remember most about Cheryl is when I attended my first ever board meeting as a new director.  I was pretty nervous.  I didn't know what to expect.  (It felt like the first day of school.)  When I walked into the room, Cheryl saw me and smiled and said she was so glad to see me and was happy I was there.  She offered me a seat next her.  I remember how welcome and included she made me feel.  And just how happy she was.  I am incredibly grateful to have been able to  volunteer with her and appreciate her support, guidance, and friendship along the way.



May God bring comfort to the family. Cheryl was a special woman, filled with love, joy and strength. I had the blessing to know her during our LIMC journey, still remember her kindness and discipline in the study of the word of God. May God give you strength and peace during this time. To some she is known as Cheryl Beier but to me she is known as Grandma Beier. 
Its really hard for me to pick one memory. 
But the one that stands out to me is when I was a little girl I would help her do the dishes and we would see hummingbirds coming to drink the nectar she had prepared outside the kitchen window. Now when I think of hummingbirds I think of my Grandma. She loved birds and plants. I could ask her anything about a plant or a bird and she knew the answer! She is an inspiration to me in my life! Her dedication to her family and the gospel has always been a reminder to me of the kind of person I would like to be.
