Hello,

I just found out Carrie passed. I am so sorry for the families loss. I worked with her and she was a good person. May God have mercy on her soul. Carrie and family are all in my prayers.

FIRST and foremost my sincere condolences 🙏  to Carrie's family & friends.  Carrie and I first met when we worked in New York together she was a very kind woman in a stern and direct way. We built a friendship that had the feeling of a breath of life. I remember when she came into my office to tell me she was moving to Vegas we talked, shared and confided as if we knew each other from childhood. I will miss my friend my confidant my memory a memory who has now became a treasure.  Until we meet again Its hard to forget someone who gave so much in such a short time to remember. 

The greatest woman in my eyes is my mom. Despite all the trouble us kids put onto her she loved us with all her heart. No matter what we needed she would do anything to help us. Having her gone doesn’t seem real, but knowing she is no longer in pain gives me peace. I’m really gonna miss my PIC( partner in crime), my homie, my mom, my everything. So until we see each other again..

These words are hard to say.... Carrie Leon as i know her.... was like a mom to me for many years with Anthony,10 years of my life.... she was so funny, so smart, so daring, so courageous, so full of energy and life. A few years back she had some health issues but bounced back like a bad queen she is. But i found out by my adopted sister Kasey Chavaria yesterday about her passing away on the 6th my heart is hurting for the family, knowing this woman who held that family together is gone. Yes we had our ups going to a different state to try something new...going to social gatherings partying living life having fun, and yes we had our downs but that makes you family. I can't believe your gone Mama Carrie but now you go rest and fly high in heaven... your no longer suffering and in pain. Rest in Peace Carrie Leon!!!  Your truley going to be missed xoxo!!! Jimmy

We met at work and argued, I didn’t back down and neither did you! I loved that about you.  Our closeness was bonded through truth, and openness. Having you and the crazy kids around  was always fun.  You will always be the one people remember when they think of love, truth, and down for whatever.  I’m going to see you again for sure, like always you make me come see you!  Love you always, Andy 

Mom... There truly aren't words or the time needed to help to deal with losing you.. We have been thru so so much together and I do mean a lot.. You called me your rock! You've taught me, Michael, Kristina and Erik how to be strong and to be , how my brother Michael put it , "Carrie Strong" .  I am going to miss our conversations using quotes from to shows and movies. I'm never gonna stop needing my mom and this is what makes this harder. No one wants to feel this pain or hurt, but I know you are right here with each of us kids making sure we are okay And giving your sense of presence to calm the hardest of times of not having you here.. But in the midst of all things you are no longer in pain or suffering and that gives me a little comfort. Mom rest and I will see you again  with open arms... Until then you will never be forgotten.. I love you , "Baby" 

I still laugh to this day about rent-a-cop.  We layed in your bed coming up with different names for him.   Porcupine had us crying and laughing for hours.  I will never forget how you saved my sons life from choking on ice, I will never forget that look in your eye while giving birth.  You told me then you would always have my back.  You did, you also set the bar for the rest.  My love for you and you kids have been and will always be too deep to measure.  I love you so much and can never express how deeply I appreciate you.   I will always hold everything you taught and showed me close, no matter what. 

My mother Carrie was the greatest person and mother I will ever know. She did her very best to raise 4 kids by herself and she never gave up on us. She had the biggest heart. Whenever I needed her she would drop everything and be there for me, she would make me smile again even when I was crying and sad.  She had a way to make you feel like all your pain was gone. She was the best mom you could ever ask for. She was beautiful, smart and so so sarcastic. She had a dark humor that only us as a family knew and loved. It’s hard to believe she is gone but I know deep down she is in a better place. She was my best friend and I will cherish all the memories we had. I’m going to miss her so much. I love you mom and I can’t wait till I get to see you again. ❤️

My mother was the bravest, honest to the max. She was the most beautiful woman.  She birthed me. Taught me to play baseball.  Not no "sissy position" either. Helped heal my cuts and bruises.
 Showed me what music to cope with a heartbreak... gave me the tools that fit me,to be the hard working person I am today to provide for my family, like she always had for me, my two brothers and sister.  My mother showed me strength. The strongest person I've known. Thank you for everything! I love you mom. I'll keep at it, keep making you proud. I'll see you later mom. I'll miss you so much.
