Ann Price

Mildred Ann (Brafford) Price, age 70, was called home to be with her Lord on June 14, 2023, after a courageous battle with Multiple Myeloma. She was born on May 22, 1953, in Sanford, NC to the late Annie Belle and Grady Brafford. After graduating from Benhaven High School, Ann married the love of her life and lived between North Carolina and Germany before settling down in Colorado Springs.

Ann built a beautiful life as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She had the gift of gab and loved her dogs and her church just as she did her family. Ann had a passion for taking care of others and will be remembered as a wonderful friend and neighbor.

Ann is preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Ollie ‘Skip’ Price, and siblings Hazel Clarke, Mary Parrish, and Aaron Brafford. She is survived by her children, Troy Price and wife Miranda of Virginia Beach; Teresa Roberts and husband James of Colorado Springs; her grandchildren Courtney and Ashley Price, and Jasmine and James Roberts; great-grandchildren Kyren and Adalynne Robino; brothers Jimmy Brafford, George Brafford and David Brafford; and sisters Marjarie Holleman, and Alma Dickerson, as well as many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Food Pantry at Pikes Peak Christian Church, 4955 Bradley Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80911.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Pikes Peak Christian Church, 4955 Bradley Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80911. A Reception is to follow.

At the family’s request, a private burial will be held at Pikes Peak National Cemetery.
