She will be missed by her children, Lois Marjean (Finley) DeBruin and husband Barry of Colorado Springs; Steven D. Finley and wife Beth of Jasper, Georgia; granddaughter, Kristi Finley of Acworth, Georgia, grandson, Brian Finley and wife Beth of Lawrenceville, Georgia, great grandson, Sam Finley.
She was preceded in passing by her loving husband of 58 years, Leo W. Platz in 2013 and her parents Clyde R. and Lois C. Lloyd.
A reception for Alpha will be held Tuesday, February 8, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Awakening Church, 3445 Oro Blanco Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80917. A committal service will occur Tuesday, February 8, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Memorial Gardens Cemetery & Funeral Home, 3825 Airport Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80910. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, February 8, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 3445 Oro Blanco Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80917.
