Colorado City – Mrs. Dee Dee Rice, age 46, of Colorado City, died Monday, July 12, 2010 at her residence. Funeral services will be at 10 AM Friday, July 16, 2010 at the First Baptist Church in Colorado City. Burial will follow in the Westbrook Cemetery under the direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
Dee Dee was born May 25, 1964 in Colorado City to Donnie and Linda Wilson Dunn and had been a lifelong resident of Mitchell County. She was a graduate San Angelo State University and was a teacher in the Westbrook ISD. She married Charles Rice on June 17, 1995 in Colorado City.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Rice of Colorado City; a daughter, Madison Rice of Colorado City; her parents, Donnie and Linda Dunn of Ira, a sister, Alisa and husband Stacy Forbes of Westbrook; a brother, Dirk and wife Jodi Dunn of Ira and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Thursday, July 15, 2010 at the funeral home.
