Kevin, son of the late Elwood and Marie (nee. Bulifant) Walker, was the beloved husband of wife AnnaMarie (nee Falter) and devoted father of his three children, Kevin Jr., Katie, and Anna. He was also a loving brother to Mark Walker (Mariarose) and Mona Walker.
He was a cherished brother-in-law to Ed and Debbie Falter, Antoinette and the late Michael DiMeo, and a wonderful uncle to his nieces and nephews.
He both adored and was adored by his faithful companions, Tiberius (aka Tibbies), Jovi and Lily.
Kevin (known by some as Kevo) was Irish by blood but Italian at heart. He loved his family and pets more than anything and showed his love in many ways, especially through his cooking. From weekly Sunday dinners to elaborate Christmas meals, he was always cooking something up and pairing it with a loaf of fresh baked bread.
When not in the kitchen, Kevin was not short on hobbies and could be found outside in his vegetable garden (that some would call a mini farm), or around the house playing guitar, wood working, rooting for the Phillies and the Eagles, or even making his own wine. He also spent many days both out on the water fishing and hunting in the woods.
Kevin had an illustrious career as an Electrical Engineer for the United States Navy. Education was one of the most important things to him as he worked to earn his Bachelor’s Degree from Villanova University and his Master’s Degree from Drexel University, then going on to obtain his Professional Engineer license.
Kevin will be remembered for his huge heart and the endless amount of love he had for his family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to a viewing and memorial service at Blake-Doyle Funeral Home in Collingswood, NJ on Friday, September 27, 2024. The viewing will take place from 10:00am-12:00pm followed by a memorial service. A burial service will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill at 1:00pm.
