WILLIAM “Bill” MARION RIGGINS, 75, of Memphis, died Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Methodist Hospital of Germantown. He is survived by his wife, Rita L. Riggins; daughter, Rachel Leigh Bailey; son, Martin Todd Riggins; brother, Gerald Haynes Riggins and three grandchildren.
