Virginia Ruth Stone, 78, passed away August 29, 2016. Graveside Service: 11 AM Friday at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, Colleyville, TX. Visitation: 5-7 PM Thursday at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. Virginia Ruth Stone was born on September 12, 1937 in Clarksville, Texas to Sherwood Wilson and Bessie Amelia Badgett. Virginia worked at Pleasant Grove Pharmacy, ran the Round House Café and then retired from Manor Bakery after 28 years. She loved to read, watch the Hallmark channel, loved to walk, and tend to her flower beds. Virginia was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and loved to cook and spend time with her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Deward, Jessie and Wilson, two sisters, Myrtle Ruth and Evelyn, and husband, Carlton B. Stone. Survivors: Sister, Frances Burge; daughters, Debra D. Wickware and husband Roy and Janana V. Epperley and husband David; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
