Mrs. Sheila Kay Kelsay

Sheila Kay Kelsay, of Pampa Texas, passed away on Friday, November 12, 2021, in Lewisville Texas. She will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, wife, and aunt to all that knew and loved her.

She was born on February 14th, 1948 in Pampa Texas to Leonard Cockrell and Margaret Ruth Berry Gage. Sheila married Fred Kelsay in 1962, attended El Centro College and was co-owner of Superior Post-Tension.

Sheila is survived by her brother, Mark Cockrell of Richardson, Texas; brother-in-law, LZ Ashurst of Oklahoma; sister-in-law, Karen Sue French of Iowa; Daughter, Robbie Brunette and husband Barry of Fort Stockton, Texas; Daughter, Jeannette Wesley and husband Butch of Denton, Texas; Daughter, Jennifer Donelson and husband Jerry of Corinth, Texas; Grandchildren: Ryan and Kasie Brunette, William and Sarah Wesley, Elena Mills, Tiffany and Justin Bowery, Brandon Wesley, Chase and Marie Oliver, Celeste Oliver and Brett Billy, Chance and Jackie Farley, Destinie Donelson, Cutter Hendricks, Logan Donelson; Great Grandchildren: Jackson, Malcom, and Charlotte Bowery, Antonio,

Javier, and Travis Brunette, Cadynce and Carson Oliver, Casyn, Cashys, Kyree, and Castyn Billy, Jaxxon Farley, Cayzlin Hendricks; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Fred Kelsay; mother Margaret Ruth Berry Gage; father Leonard Cockrell; grandmother Allie B. Tate; sisters Peggy Ashurst, Linda Thompson, and Vickey Brewer; brothers-in-laws Bobby Dan Kelsay, Paul Dean Kelsay.

The visitation will be held from 11:00am – 12:00pm on Monday 11/22/21 at Victorious Life Church.

The Funeral Service will be held at 12:00pm on Monday 11/22/21 at Victorious Life Church 2671 MacArthur Blvd Lewisville, TX 75067.
