Robert Paul Richardson

Bobby was born August 11, 1942 in Fort Worth, Tx to R.P. and Rosie Richardson.

Bobby graduated from Trimble Tech High School in 1959.

He worked for many years as a mechanic and in the auto industry. He was skilled at working on cars and could fix anything!

Bobby is preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara whom he married in 1960. Bobby and Barbara had three children, Randall, Darrell and Terri. They had a deep love for one another and Bobby took amazing care of Barbara when she experienced a stroke. He was her caretaker until she went to be with the Lord.

Later, the Lord blessed Bobby with his beloved wife Louisa. They had many adventures together and shared a great love. Bobby gained “bonus” kids and lots of extended family that brought him great joy.

Bobby was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who loved the Lord with all his might. He shared the love of the Lord with many and was always willing to help anyone in need. One of Bobby’s favorite things to do was to spend time with family and friends. He had a great love for the outdoors and enjoyed taking others fishing and hunting. Some of Bobby’s other hobbies included, drag racing and trips to the casino.

Bobby will be remembered for his kindness, strength, humor and loyalty to his faith and family. Although our hearts are heavy, we will celebrate his life and find comfort that he is in heaven where we will meet again.

Bobby is preceded in death by his first wife Barbara,; parents R.P and Rosie; siblings, Joan, Debbie and Glenda.

Bobby is survived by his loving wife, Louisa; children, Randall, Darrell and Terri.; Bonus children, Sandy and J.R.; 9 grandchildren; 6 bonus grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; brother Jesse Richardson; sister Aleta Taylor; a host of nieces, nephews and other beloved friends and relatives.

Visitation will be held Monday February 4th at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home located at 5725 Colleyville Blvd., Colleyville. Begins at 5pm for family followed by 6-8pm for the public.

A celebration of life will be held 12:30pm on Tuesday February 5 at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home.

Interment will immediately follow.
