Ms. Pamela A. Cash

She was born in Fort Worth, Texas on June 30, 1949.

Pam graduated from Haltom High School and received a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of North Texas.

Pam had a career in human resources for Colonial Savings, Texas New Mexico Power, and Houston General.

Pam lived life to the fullest. Pam was kind, thoughtful and you could always feel the love she bestowed on you. She loved her dogs, Lily and Dusty, traveling, spending time at the lake fishing and, most of all, spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren, Jackson and Megan. She loved to tell the story of her Alaska fishing trip where she caught a record salmon. She also loved her photos, old and new, and enjoyed scrapbooking. In recent years, she enjoyed making cards for the organization – Cards for Hospitalized Cards.

Pam was the recipient of a bilateral lung transplant in May 2011. She took on the challenges that came with being a transplant recipient with grace, dignity and sweet demeanor. In fact, during her most recent hospital stay she was more concerned about how the doctors and nurses were doing and always made sure she asked them if they were doing okay. Pam’s family is very grateful for the additional 11 years they had with her.

She was a member of The Hills Church in North Richland Hills.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Cash, her mother and father, Irma Christine and Allen Roach Sr, and her brother Allen “Sammy” Roach, Jr. She was survived by her daughter Tiffany Silvey and her husband Matt Silvey, her grandson Jackson Silvey and her granddaughter Megan Silvey; her sister Susan Roach; niece Julie Staley and husband Jason; Niece Lori Buchwald and husband Greg; sister and brother-in-law Diane and Troy Tallent; Sister and brother-in-law Sharon and Billy Beets; numerous cousins, grand nieces and nephews and countless friends.

A visitation for Pamela will be held Friday, August 26, 2022 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 COLLEYVILLE BLVD, COLLEYVILLE, TX 76034.

A celebration of life service will take place on Saturday, August 27, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 5725 COLLEYVILLE BLVD, COLLEYVILLE, TX 76034. An entombment in the mausoleum will follow immediately in the Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.
