Mrs. Fannie Lou Sims, age 104, of Fort Worth, Texas passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023. She was born in Nocona, Texas on October 17, 1918. Fannie graduated from Montague County. She was married to Dave Sims on December 27, 1941.
Fannie worked in Management for KFC.
She was a member of Eastern Star and had a passion for cards, dominos, crossword puzzles, reading, cooking, and watching Hallmarks movies.
She is survived by three sons: Gary Sims, Dan Sims, and Mike Sims; 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Fannie will be Tuesday, April 4, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 Colleyville Blvd; Colleyville, Texas 76034. Funeral service will be Wednesday, April 5, 2023 from 10:00 AM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home 5725 Colleyville Blvd; Colleyville, Texas 76034. Private interment will be at Elmwood Cemetery; Abilene, Texas.
