Barbara Jean Barnett

Barbara J Barnett passed away on August 6, 2019, in Bedford, TX at the age of 85. She was born on August 15, 1933, in Hillsboro, TX to Jack and Dora Mae Fenner. One of her best accomplishments was to earn her CPS (Certified Public Secretary) degree while working at Bell Helicopter after which she retired as an Executive Secretary in the Marketing department. “BB” loved her family and her grandchildren were the joy of her life. She also loved traveling and dancing with her many friends.

Barbara is survived by Daughter, Cassie Morris of Bedford, TX, Son, Bob Barnett of Dallas, Texas; Grandsons, Jaie (Sheila) Barnett and Brian Morris, Granddaughters, Kelly (Justin) Norwood, Tracy Barnett and Jamie Barnett; Great Grandchildren, Lauren, Hailey, Michael, Tripp and Ty; Brother Larry (Debbie) Wade and Sister Sharon Hill; Cousins, Garry (Donna) Wilkerson, Rick (Michelle) Wilkerson and Sue (Richard) Bartholomew.

The family would like to thank the staff at Parkwood and especially her Caregiver, Shawn.

The Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on August 9, 2019, at Compass Christian Church, 2600 Hall Johnson Rd, Colleyville, TX in the Worship Center. Interment will follow in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park at a later date.
