Al Medrano, of Euless, TX, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2017. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, boss, and friend. Al, beloved son of Carmen and Alfonso Medrano Sr. was born in El Paso, TX on May 23, 1957. He was a man that loved his family with a passion and loved life. He loved his football and especially his Dallas Cowboys and would give anyone a hard time that played against the Cowboys! He is survived by his mother, Carmen Medrano; wife, Angela Myers-Medrano; 2 children, Brittany Medrano-Pope, Nick Medrano; 3 step-children he treated as his own, Jared Smith, Ariana Rogers, Kaleigh Myers; 6 grandchildren, Emma Smith, Bailee Pope, Skylee Brock, Jordan Medrano, Henley Rogers, Dempcy Rogers; one beautiful granddaughter on the way, Jacklyn Rey Pope; 1 brother, Richard Medrano; 3 sisters, Clarie Skero, Yvonne Hill, and Annette Perez Smith. Aunt; Beatrice Chavez and her family, uncle; Tony Medrano, wife Racquel and their family. The visitation will be held at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX on Friday, September 8 from 6:30-8:30 pm. The service will be held at Compass Church, 2600 Hall Johnson Rd, Colleyville, TX on Saturday, September 9 at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park with a small reception to follow in the Bluebonnet Family Lounge.
