James Staudt

James (Jim) Staudt passed away October 28th 2023. Jim enjoyed working so much that he worked past the average retirement age. In retirement, he stayed in touch with many co-workers and friends and would schedule lunches or dinners to catch up. Jim purchased a Harley Davidson and thoroughly enjoyed riding. In 2020, Jim was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Thanks to God, some very caring people and wonderful doctors, he was able to travel and spend time with his beloved children, grandchildren, siblings, and their families. Jim was loved by many and will truly be missed.

Jim is survived by his children James(Jimmy) Staudt & Traci Staudt Lee, Jimmy’s wife Beckie, their children Conner(Cayley), Hannah & Emma, and great-granddaughter Carsyn, Traci’s husband Doug, and their children Madison & Cameron, siblings Mary Helen Staudt Guttenberger, Barbara Staudt Shishkoff, Michael Staudt, Karen(Liz) Staudt Christensen, their spouses, children and grandchildren who are not listed by name but are loved dearly. Jim is predeceased by his ex-wife and mother of his children Donna McGowan Staudt and his parents Clarice & Benno.

A Memorial service for James will be held at Restwood Funeral Home on Saturday, March 9, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Inurnment will follow at Restwood Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society would be nice.
