Therese Anne Farrar passed away on July 22, 2019 at the age of 51. She was the loving mother of Nicholas Farrar and Brittany Farrar. Beloved daughter of Joseph and the late Elizabeth Squillace. Dear sister of Michael (Jamie) Squillace of Texas and Lynn Squillace of New York.
Therese was a lover of dance including ballet, tap and Jazz. She passed that love of movement on to her children. She was a very proud, Hockey Mom, Dance Mom and Skating Mom. She helped manage the teams and it wasn’t uncommon to see her bright and early at the skating rink trying to stay warm watching practices or games. She was also the go to for performance ready hair and makeup. She loved everything that she could do for Nick and Brittany, and this also included loving the family dog Tigress.
A Memorial Gathering will take place on Thursday, August 8, 2019 from 3-9 PM at Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes Road, Clinton Township, Michigan, 48038, with a Funeral Mass to follow on Friday, August 9, 2019 at 9:30 AM at St. Michael Catholic Church, 40501 Hayes Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan, 48313.
